For process and emission monitoring applications, the TESC100 will continuously dry a sample gas to a precise, constant and low dew point. Utilizing a space-saving Peltier with sample plates, dissolution of water soluble constituents is minimized as condensate is quickly separated within the small plates and the sample is cooled to the desired set dew point. The tuned PID controller ensures a stable outlet temperature and protection of downstream analyzers from condensate.
The TESC100 can be fitted with economical aluminum plates for most applications or stainless steel plates for harsh, acidic processes. Additional options include dry sample (outlet) temperature monitoring for remote PLC or SCADA monitoring and recording, dry contact alarms, pluggable integration with Proem’s ACLS water slip sensor attachment, and coalescing filter. A condensate pump can be integrated into the unit and convenient mounting points are provided on top of the unit for integration with Air Dimensions M or J Series sample pumps.
